Episode starts with Anika getting emotional about spending the last day in the Oberoi Mansion and with Shivaay. Shivaay makes Anika wear the Mangalsutra and sindoor. Some time back… Anika tries to tell Pinky’s truth to Shivaay.
Anika tells Shivaay that Pinky loves him a lot. Shivaay tries to ask Anika about the secret. Anika falls asleep in Shivaay’s arms. Shivaay gets confused. Next day morning Anika wakes up with a headache. Anika gets worried seeing Shivaay angry, she thinks she told the truth to Shivaay. Anika gets emotional thinking this is her last day in Oberoi Mansion and in Shivaay’s life.
Pinky thinks that she cannot tolerate Anika taking more important place in Shivaay’s life. Pinky feels happy that the day is finally here when Anika will be thrown out of Shivaay’s life.
Shivaay calls everyone for a family meeting. Shivaay tells Oberoi family to do as he says. Shivaay says he wants to take off the burden of the wrong done things. Pinky gets furious. Jhanvi forces Pinky to accept Shivaay’s demand. Anika sees Shivaay and gets worried thinking he is angry with her. Pinky gets irked to think Shivaay is planning a surprise for Anika. Anika comes face to face with Pinky. Pinky taunts Anika and blackmails her again. Pinky plans to create a major drama and calls someone to Oberoi Mansion.
Shivaay asks the staff to decorate the house and asks the caterer to make Aloo Puri. Dadi teases Shivaay. Dadi calls Shivaay an Ishqbaaz. Dadi tells Shivaay to confess love to Anika, Shivaay runs away. Anika asks Omkara and Rudra if they remember their promise. Jhanvi comes and questions Anika about her actions and sacrifice. Jhanvi reveals that OmRu have informed the truth to her. Jhanvi tries to stop Anika. Jhanvi decides to tell everything to Anika, Anika pleads to Jhanvi to stop. Anika asks Jhanvi to help her, Jhanvi agrees with a heavy heart. Jhanvi tries to question Pinky. Pinky refuses to accept Anika as the daughter in law. Jhanvi tries to warn Pinky, Pinky refuses to listen to Janvi. Ranveer gifts anklets to Priyanka. Priyanka feels happy. Anika thinks that it is time to execute her plan. Anika remembers her wedding with Shivaay and all the other memories. Her Mangalsutra slips off her hands, Shivaay catches it. Shivaay puts Mangalsutra around Anika’s neck and puts sindoor for her. Anika cries.
