Episode starts with Shivaay suffering from a heart attack. Anika informs Rudra to check on Shivaay. Rudra breaks into Shivaay’s room and screams. Some time back… Ranveer and Kamini come in Oberoi Mansion to console Oberoi family about Shivaay and Anika’s separation.
Kamini and Pinky taunt each other. Kamini tries to instigate Pinky over Shivika separation, Shivaay comes there. Kamini tells Shivaay that she has come to take Priyanka home. Shivaay asks Priyanka about going to Kamini’s house, Priyanka agrees to go with Kamini.
Sahil waits for Anika as Anika is supposed to get Sahil’s camping trip stuff. Anika reaches the school but Shivaay meets Sahil first, Sahil feels happy and hugs Shivaay. Shivaay gives the bag to Sahil and asks Sahil to call him every day from Simla.
Sahil feels confident that Shivaay will look after Anika, Shivaay feels the pricking pain remembering the separation. Anika sees Shivaay with Sahil. Shivaay senses Anika but Anika hides. Anika gets emotional seeing Shivaay and Sahil. Sahil gets happy to see his stuff, Shivaay remembers the incidence of Anika packing Sahil’s bag and arguing with Shivaay for fulfilling Sahil’s every demand.
Sahil asks Shivaay about Anika, Shivaay hugs Sahil emotionally, Sahil gets worried. As Shivaay leaves, Anika meet Sahil. Sahil gets worried as Anika cries, Anika says she is crying as Sahil is leaving.
Anika tells Sahil to look after himself and to call her. Kamini tells Ranveer to do all Priyanka’s work. Priyanka thanks Kamini for forgetting the past. Kamini shocks Priyanka by warning her that this was Priyanka’s last thank you as Kamini has not forgotten the past.
Kamini says that she is going to get the revenge of Oberoi family through Priyanka and warns Priyanka to keep Kamini’s torture a secret from Ranveer and Shivaay. Shivaay hears Anika’s sound, calling for auto. Shivaay looks around. The rickshaw driver gets in a fight with Shivaay and he would have bumped Rickshaw into Shivaay. Anika looks over worried, standing behind another rickshaw. Shivaay starts getting chest pain, the driver pushes Shivaay, Anika gets worried about Shivaay. Shivaay drives away in his car. Anika screams at the rickshaw driver. Shivaay drives in pain. Anika calls Rudra and tells her that Shivaay is not ok and to check on Shivaay. Shivaay enters his room in pain and falls to the floor. Anika tells Rudra to break open the door, Rudra enters and screams ‘Bhaiya’ seeing Shivaay, Anika gets worried. The doctor says he cannot find the reason of Shivaay’s Cardiac irregularity, Rudra says this is because Shivaay is heartbroken. Pinky stops Rudra, Rudra says everyone knows for what Shivaay is suffering. Anika calls Rudra and asks Rudra to take Shivaay to a hospital. Rudra says he will take care of Shivaay, Anika tells Rudra to be with Shivaay, Rudra asks Anika to look after herself.
