Episode starts with Tej warning Gauri not to cross the line again and is she does it again, he will consider her dead. An unknown man is seen in blacks. Anika drinks tea and feels unwell, Shivaay finds Anika unconscious in the kitchen.
Some time back… Anika screams for Shivaay as she starts drowning, suddenly Shivaay pulls her hand and says he will not let anything happen to her. Shivaay pulls out Anika, both hug intensely. Gauri suddenly sees Tia and gets worried. But Gauri relaxes thinking Tia cannot see anything. In the night, Anika tells Shivaay about the evening incidences to Shivaay. Shivaay finds it all strange as he did not hear the bicycle ring. Anika feels strange herself. Anika feels she cannot be a good wife.
Gauri slowly crosses the line and asks Tia if she needed anything. Tia covers up and thinks that she will not trap Gauri. The flashback shows Tia keeping an eye on Gauri. Tia decides to use the situation against Gauri by instigating Tej. Anika brings homemade ointment for Shivaay, he gets worried and tries to avoid. Shivaay and Anika argue over the ointment. The lady goes to the storeroom that has a bicycle and rings the bell. In the morning, Anika coughs, Shivaay looks after her, Anika feels better. A man is seen inhaling oxygen. Shivaay gives tablets to Anika, she refuses to have medicines for her allergy. A snake is seen passing by the unknown man, there is a snake bite on the man’s hand. Shivaay tells Anika to do exercise with him, Anika tries to avoid. Anika and Shivaay get emotional by thinking about Oberoi family.
The man is seen performing the rigorous exercise. Gauri is seen crossing the line in the Oberoi Mansion, suddenly Tej screams at Gauri for ruling over his decision. Tej points at the red marks of Gauri’s feet on the floor, Gauri gets shocked. The flashback shows Tia applying red paint to Gauri’s chappals to get Gauri caught. Gauri is seen going to Shakti to give him medicine. Tej confronts Gauri for meeting Shakti and Pinky. Anika tells Shivaay to go to the meeting and not to worry about her. Shivaay gets worried to leave Anika being alone in the house and both hope to have neighbors soon. The man is seen on the upper floor. Anika says she will make the tea. Gauri tries to justify herself, Tej stops her, Omkara supports Gauri. Jhanvi doesn’t let Gauri talk and scolds her for not listening to Tej. Jhanvi praises Tia for being caring. Tia instigates Tej against Omkara and Gauri. Anika tries to make the tea, Shivaay keeps giving her instructions. Anika feels unwell and coughs.
Anika decides to add Tulsi leaves in Tea, the mysterious lady changes the milk jug. Anika returns, makes the tea and adds the milk. Tej calls Gauri a traitor and blames her for joining hands with Shivaay against him. Omkara tells Tej to be in his limits while talking about Gauri. Tej screams back at Omkara and tells Gauri that is she crosses the line again, he will consider Gauri as dead. Omkara gets angry and tells Omkara to consider him also as dead. Tej says he will stay true to his words. Omkara consoles Gauri and supports her. Anika makes the tea and decides to try it before Shivaay can. Anika consumes tea and suddenly feels unwell. Shivaay senses Anika to be in danger. Shivaay sees Anika unconscious in the kitchen and gets shocked. Shivaay calls the doctor.
