Ishqbaaz 17th July 2018 Update: Shivaay (Nakuul Mehta) and Anika's (Surbhi Chandna) classic 'Water sequence'
Both Shivaay and Anika get emotional as Shivaay narrates the story of his parents, Shivaay reveals that he hates the woman with whom his father had an affair, who broke up his family for money. Anika reveals that her mother has broken her own house and left his father for some other man for money. Anika says she has hidden the truth from Gauri and hence lets Chachi trouble her. Anika also reveals that every year she does her alive mother's Shradh to make Gauri believe that their mother died in the accident. Shivaay asks Anika not to cry as he feels like hugging her, but he doesn't know how to. Shivaay everyone needs someone for support and comfort. Anika gets up to walk, Shivaay pulls her into his arms, both share an intense hug.
Shivaay tells Anika to keep it a secret that he has learnt to hug and tells her that she is a nice girl. Anika feels light for sharing her secrets with him. Shivaay reveals that he purposely made her wear his ring as he did not want her to wear Nikhil's ring. Anika gets shocked and starts laughing. They feel they share some connection and they even might end up getting married. Shivaay throws water on Anika, Shivaay feels that he has done that before. Anika throws water on Shivaay and feels the same. Shivika dance on 'Aaj rapat jaye to'. Later, Shivika are seen sleeping together in each others' arms. Gauri tries to call Anika, phone rings near Shivaay.
He wakes up and gets shocked to see Anika holding him and sleeping. OmRu return home, they move towards Shivaay's room, Shivaay tries to wake up Anika, he splashes water on her face. Anika wakes up and gets shocked. Anika and Shivaay have major hangover. OmRu enter his room, Shivaay hides Anika in the cupboard.
Anika coughs, Shivaay covers up. OmRu get surprised by Shivaay's strange behavior. Shivaay makes OmRu go out of the room. Shivaay tells Anika to leave fast. Gauri reaches Oberoi Mansion to look for Anika. Shivaay tries to push Anika, she feels dizzy. Anika gets shocked to hear Gauri's voice. Gauri enters Omkara's room, she feels the resemblance, but as she is about to leave, Omkara calls out for towel from the bathroom. Gauri hesitantly give the towel, Om calls for the shirt and then the pant. Om touches her hand, feels surprised and pulls Gauri in. Omkara and Gauri get close and shocked to see each other. Om asks her who she is, Gauri reveals she came to look for Anika, Om says he asked the clothes from Rudra, suddenly Rudra comes, Om and Gauri get shocked. Om hides her in the bathroom and tries to push Rudra out of his room.

Gauri reveals she is Anika's younger sister. While leaving Gauri compliments Om's hair and asks him to leave them open. In the upcoming episode, the journalist blackmails Shivaay, angry Shivaay asks for his price. Daksh is seen with Shivaay. The jornalist reveals he got the video from a girl.
