The upcoming twist of Zee TV's show show Ishq Subhan Allah will show that Kabir and Zara will be helpless to share the room with Rukhsar as Rukhsar's life will be in danger. Kabir and Zara have removed all hurdles between them and have consummate their marriage with each other. Therefore, Zara decides that Kabir and she will no longer live separately and they will stay in the same room together. Zara moves all of Kabir's things into his old room and gives him a warm welcome to start a new life together.

However, Kabir and Zara will not be able to enjoy their new journey as Rukhsar will insist to live with them. Rukhsar has lost her memory but she and insists that she only remembers Kabir and Zara and no one else. Rukhsar demands to live with Kabir and Zara in their room but Zeenat forbids her. However, Rukhsar's life will be in danger as she sleepwalks at night and she is about to fall off from a height. Rukhsar's life gets saved by Kabir and Zeenat thinks that Rukhsar will be safe only if she lives with Kabir and Zara.
